Had an issue with the new guy at my facility because hes telling mgnt that i have been staying at the property after hours also that i cut a lock off my unit. Neither of them being true. They can look at the cameras and see that im never there after hours and they can also look at the unit snd see no lock was cut. Instead they are terminating my lease that i have had there at that facility for over two years. I would like to know why? There is no one at the property to talk to and you can not get in touch with anyone. I have never had a problem until this idiot got here and still have done nothing wrong but now im having to deal with moving all my things because of your employee is straight up telling lies. WHY DONT THEY CHECK TO SEE IF THESE THINGS ARE TRUE BEFORE MAKING ME LEAVE? PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.This place nohell is a joke and infested with rats

Go store it just sold my stuff illegally

I called my storage unit in Quincy MA to notify them that I was in the hospital and I had to put my debit card on hold because I had some fraudulent activity on in and I'll pay them by the end of the month. They notifyed me that my unit was sold. Mass law state they can't sell it for 6 months. They told me that what I signed when I went in said they have 62 1/2 days still against there own policy it was sold in 61 days. still they were wrong in selling it but they also can't just change the laws. Now I can't even get in touch with the corporate office. They also said my stuff is still there. The person who bought it rented the unit. Stephen Agricola

Unit gone

Had got a letter sayin i had til the 8th to pay for my unit i been tryi. For 2 weeks to pay it but everytimw i call no answer nd everytime my mom goes to the office they r always close. It says u guys r open from 930 to 6pm but seems the manager is nevrr in the office. My mom went twice on the 8th to try to pay it and nothing. So nw i was told that all my stuff was acution off the morning of the 9th. Which i dnt understand how that can be whn i went to try nd pay i couldnt cuz i couldnt get ahold of anyone. I called serveral.times to the customer service nd they said they wefe gna put in for the manager to call me but i never got a call. Literally that unit had my whole life in it all i have left. It would take me about 2 1/2 hr to get there on bus Nd train. Nd whn i first moved in i was already having issues cause i went to pay for it whn i weny back wit 2 trucks full of stuff my unit was stil locked nd having no where to put my stuff at the manager told me to put it in a another unit that was already open then i went back nd had to move all my stufd again to another unit cuz the one inwas in wasnt the right size. So whos fault. Is to blame here cuz i tried called every day my mom went by serveral times and nothing and the manager has the nerve to tell my mom shes always there. I wana knw how is it that i lost all my stuff after i try my hardest to pay for it befirw the 8th of November this is just Ridiculous someoje shouls have been thsre during opening hours nd not have ppl having to wait

I am not going to have some property manager on power trip. Belittling my pa4tner who's name is not even on the contract. While she and her boyfriend and working in a different job ( gas station). Staying that my bill is due she then said to call her and then she states matter of fact why don't you just call her now and put her on The phone. I have not yet been to pay my bill or retrieve my things. She and her boyfriend and their kids live there in the storage unit. I have maintained a professional attitude with them. I have for 29 days tried to get a return response or email or call back from a regional dm or human resources. I'm not going to pay these fees that are now late I don't feel comfortable getting my property with them there. I stated that 30 days ago on the phone with custom3r service 2 times now and still nothing. I will be using all resources available to me social media all platforms, BBB, FTC, and all the way to the Attorney General. I have never made a complaint in my life however I am not going to tolerate abuse on my partner whom just had a stroke and zee was fully aware of that. Bad employees equal bad Business

My friends are locked inside of your property on Mills gap Road since about 10 PM. It has been two hours now it is now 1215 on Thursday, October 5. Someone needs to assist as my friends are locked inside of your Mill gap property. Please help and let them out of your property. Still getting the run around and trying to get someone on the phone besides customer service.This is absolutely ludicrous that I haven't been contacted by this company.Only thing they managed to do was give my phone number 5o their property manager whom I have a problem with.Poor customer service Will be loosing a long time customer as well as everyone I hàve sent their way.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I was robbed at the facility and personal property removed, likely a part at a time, from my boat stored at the facility. Houston Harris Country Sherriff’s office report filed HCSO HC13-6****.
The extremely poor, rude and unprofessional treatment when I visited the office on 5/20/2013 by Rachael Houser. Who refused to allow me access to the security videos that only went back for 30 days. Further, the establishment did not contact tenants of theft at the facility in Nov 2012. Other tenants complained of the same unprofessional service.

Key Code in out and front test videos imply a false sense of security to the Tenants. Outrages survice
